This policy describes information handled by ZONE-30, powered by myGIGlife INC. (“the operator”). The server is in closed testing with a whitelist.

Website information

The static website sets no cookies and runs no analytics. When the page loads, it makes a server-status lookup to api.mcsrvstat.us. Like any web request, that request sends the visitor’s IP address to the service. The website does not load other third-party scripts.

The web server keeps request logs for security. Those logs may include information such as an IP address and the requested page.

Game server information

When someone plays, the server processes their Minecraft username, UUID, IP address, gameplay and chat or command logs for moderation and anti-cheat, and season stats.

Retention and use

Retention periods are not final and will be stated before launch. The operator does not sell personal data.

Children

ZONE-30 is not directed to children under 13. The operator does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. This statement concerns the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Your requests

You may request access to or deletion of your information by emailing privacy@enterzone30.com. Depending on where you live, state privacy laws, including the CCPA/CPRA and other state privacy laws, may provide rights regarding personal information. Contact us to make a request; applicable rights and requirements depend on the law that applies.

Future store

A future cosmetics store is planned to use a third-party payment provider. The store is not open. This policy will be updated before it opens.
