These terms cover use of the ZONE-30 website and game server, operated by ZONE-30, powered by myGIGlife INC. By using them, you agree to follow these terms and the server rules.

Closed testing

The server is in closed testing and uses a whitelist. Access may be limited or changed during testing.

Seasons and resets

Every season, the world, bases, levels, and quest progress reset. Only the listed carryover items—cosmetics, titles, Last Stand and season badges, season records, Lore Codex, legacy perks, friends list and crew name, and the previous season’s legacy ending—carry over as described in the season design. A new world is generated for each season.

Cosmetics and Zone Scrip

Real-money purchases will never provide gameplay advantages. The planned store is for cosmetics only and is not open yet. Zone Scrip is a planned cosmetics-only currency with no real-world value; it does not exist yet.

No sale is available now. A refund policy will be published before any sale.

Conduct and access

Follow the server rules and do not cheat, exploit bugs, dupe items, harass others, use hate speech, or trade goods or services for real-world value. The operator may restrict or end access for rule violations or to protect the service and its players.

No warranty

The website and server are provided as available, without a promise that they will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, the operator disclaims warranties for the website and server.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the website or server. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow that limit.

Governing law

Arkansas law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Minecraft notice

ZONE-30 is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.
